Shipping Information

At Naira Cake Supplies our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the United Kingdom and beyond, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Orders placed before 11am are dispatched at the same day. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

All UK parcels are shipped Second Class via Royal Mail, please note that this is NOT a tracked service.

If you provide the wrong address and the parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping again before be resend the parcel out to the correct address.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays with the postal system if you have not received your goods within 15 working days we will replace the order at our cost, if you need goods before this time, we can replace but customer will have to pay for goods again we will refund this amount as soon as the 15 working days are up or we receive the goods back

Next Day Shipping is Royal Mail Special Delivery, this aims to deliver by 1pm the day after we dispatch. Please email with your order number if you need to contract this service add in the subject NEXT DAY so that we can prioritise your order. Failure to inform us could result in your parcel not being prioritised.

In exceptional cases, due to high demand like Christmas or Easter time or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and despatch your order promptly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have a standard flat rate based on the parcel weight. All International Parcels are sent Tracked with Royal Mail, UPS, DPD or DHL.

Shipping can take longer so we advise ordering well in advance to avoid disappointment. Shipments can also be held at customs; we cannot do anything about this.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that whilst Naira Cake Supplies is happy to ship to the EU and Internationally, we cannot be responsible for any additional taxes or duties levied by your customs authorities.

TIME FRAME

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours* after the order is placed on weekdays and within 48 hours after the order is placed on weekends.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Fest Cake uses multiple third party services for parcel delivery. Customers are given multiple options including same day delivery, overnight delivery, 2-3 day delivery and standard delivery. International delivery usually takes from 1-15 business days, depending on the service selected.

Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

We are sorry about this as it means that your order can take 5-8 days to be delivered, they are not always delivering per agreement quoting "exceptional pandemic circumstances".
