Returns & Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and also, be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of the date it was delivered via email only. Please do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook for these requests.
The returned item(s) remains your responsibility until we receive it and we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of the item and advise customers to return goods by recorded delivery (with the appropriate insurance) and keep proof of postage.
We do not cover return shipping costs and we advise customers to thoroughly read descriptions of items before purchasing to avoid confusion. When we receive the item back, we will review if the item to ensure that it not been used or tampered with. We will then refund the product cost only. Please bear in mind if you use a discount code you will receive the total after the discount. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 5 working days.
All returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy and must be received strictly within 28 days from placing your order.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nairacakesupplies.com and send your item to: 13 Spinners Ln, Swaffham, PE37 7LU, United Kingdom.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 13 Spinners Ln, Swaffham, PE37 7LU, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you provide the wrong address and the parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay the shipping again before be resend the parcel out to the correct address.
Next Day Shipping is Royal Mail Special Delivery, this aims to deliver by 1pm the day after we dispatch. Please email us if you select NEXT DAY so that we can prioritise your order. Failure to inform us could result in your parcel not being prioritised.
